Data Storage in file archives & data base systems:

- 1130 Discussion about cdat and cdo:
- Problems with CDAT - can we collect and feed back to PCMDI.

- shouldn't we be seeking a community wide solution for data conversion?
- a single library, written in C, that reads/ writes NetCDF, GRIB (1 & 2), HDF 5?, other? - Visualisation tools
